Learn how to master the skills of pastry making on this full day class with John Whaite. You'll be welcomed to the kitchen with coffee and croissants while John chats through the day's schedule. You'll don your aprons ready for the hands-on class. You'll learn how to make pâte demi-feuilletée (rough puff pastry) which will be used for Eccles cakes and Portuguese custard tarts; a pâte sucrée which you'll transform into a poached-pear and almond cream tart; and of course a proper savoury pastry for a proper savoury tart. 

10am - 4pm (approx.) 

Over 16s only. Includes lunch with wine.
