Join John for a day of rustic French baking. This full day, hands-on class will cover the classics such as Tarte Tatin, craquelin éclairs and a rum-soaked Savarin. You'll start the day with a croissant and coffee, as John chats through the schedule. You'll then don your aprons, roll up your sleeves and get started on the day of baking. When finished, you'll sit down together to enjoy lunch with wine. 

10am - 4:30pm (approx.)
