In this highly popular class you'll learn to master the basics of bread making. Starting with coffee and croissants we will chat through the day's schedule and get to know one another. Then, we roll up our sleeves and get down to work. 

This class covers two white doughs and an enriched dough (the ever popular cinnamon swirl buns). 

10am-4:30pm (approx.)
