Master the precision and intricacy of patisserie with John. You'll be welcomed to the kitchen with coffee and croissants while John chats through the day's schedule. You'll don your aprons ready for the hands-on class, where you will learn how to make a range of delicate patisserie. 

PLEASE NOTE: We use beef gelatin in this class, which cannot be substituted with a vegetarian alternative. Not suitable for those with gluten or nut intolerances. 

10am-4pm (approx.)
