Join John Whaite for a day of Italian cookery. You'll start by learning key knife skills to make a traditional slow-cooked beef ragu. While that simmers away your attention will turn to pasta: ravioli with a sage butter and a tagliatelle to serve with the ragu sauce. And no Italian feast would be complete without bread: focaccia.

10am - 4:30pm (approx.) 

Over 18s only: includes lunch with wine.

Not suitable for vegetarians or those with gluten/wheat intolerance.
